P1Harmony made noise on October 9th during their Duluth stop on their Most Wanted tour. Originally having debuted in 2020 with six members, P1Harmony’s Duluth show marked their third time performing in Georgia, and comes just a year after cancelling their Atlanta show on their previous tour due to water main breaks across the city. To say fans were eager to make up for losing out on the last tour would be an understatement.

That same energy could be felt outside the venue as fans lined up and made their way inside for the show. Opening the show with incredible energy, 7-member boy group Ampers&One brought their best and did well with pumping up the crowd. While their sound was more lighthearted than P1Harmony’s, they brought an optimistic vibe that allowed fans to let go and move with the music.

Soon after, the lights dimmed and that familiar roar of excitement began. The visuals shown on the screen only fed into the storytelling element of the tour, and before anyone could prepare themselves, the show started with a bang, literally. All six members launched into the air, jumping out onto the stage in unison. The show began with an edgier sound, showing P1Harmony was going hard for this tour, and the effects only further proved that. Featuring pyro, fog, and quite a few stunts, the group left the crowd shocked and wanting more.

Not only that, but their high energy dancing along with the obvious care for their performance made the show something fans could hardly take their attention away from. The beautiful lighting design, synchronization of the backup dancers, and the group’s vocals was something to be mesmerized by, and it only got better with the members’ solo stages.

The individual performances began with Jiung, one of the vocalists of the group, doing a cover of “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson. Matching the vibe of the song with choreo, stage outfits, and energy, Jiung looked completely in his element.

Next was Keeho, the leader of the group, performing “The One That Got Away” by Katy Perry. His performance, although a more heartfelt and slower sound, highlighted his emotion and alluring vocals. His performance also prioritized the crowd’s participation, and allowed him to connect with fans, otherwise known as P1ece.

The show then moved to Soul and Intak, the dancers of the group, who each showed off their skills and left no room for anyone to be anything other than impressed. Soul featured new dance techniques and moves in his performance, which he later touched more on towards the end of the show. Intak, on the other hand, gave natives of the r&b capital a performance to remember by dancing to “Good Kisser” by Usher.

Finally, members Jongseob and Theo, known for their rap and vocal skills respectively, gave the crowd a chance to further participate in the show by performing covers of “Sticky” by Tyler the Creator and “What’s Up” by 4 Non Blondes. Jongseob went as far as to write and perform his own verses for “Sticky,” while Theo gave fans a long awaited guitar solo to accompany his smooth vocals.

Overall, even as the show moved through different sections, the storyline was continued through all elements, including lighting, visuals, the setlist, and more. When talking to fans about the tour and all its preparation, Jiung said, “This tour is about chasing what we most wanted, but at the same time being your most wanted too.”

Towards the end, once the group took a moment to talk with fans and show their gratitude, they mentioned the show was almost a celebration, given that their latest album EX had debuted on the Billboard 200 chart at No. 9 just hours before the show, marking the group's first top 10.

With that, the group poured every ounce of energy into the last act of the show, and gave fans an experience they will never forget, with Theo promising an even cooler tour the next time they come to Georgia. Ending on an optimistic and energetic note, the crowd left dancing and excited for what’s next to come. As someone who had never been to a P1Harmony show, the group has surely made it onto my most wanted list, and given what I’ve seen, they aren't far from making their way onto the rest of the world’s list too.
