The second annual run of idobi Radio’s Summer School Tour wrapped up its summer in Philadelphia earlier this month with a night that felt like a true party. The tour, founded by Kevin Lyman (Warped Tour), Eric Tobin (Hopeless Records), and Michael Kaminsky (KMGMT), prioritizes younger music fans, giving them an affordable, community-driven space to discover their next favorite band.
Philly delivered on that mission and then some – nonstop crowd surfing, friendly mosh pits, and surprise on-stage cameos turned the show into a celebration that never let up. Taylor Acorn hopped onstage with Arrows in Action, guitarists jumped in with other bands, and performers kept coming back out just to dance with the crowd.
With over 20 stops this summer, the tour showcased a stacked lineup including Taylor Acorn, Charlotte Sands, Rain City Drive, If Not For Me, Beauty School Dropout, Arrows in Action, and Huddy. Check out our galleries below to see how the Philly stop closed out Summer School with style.
