Kilby Block Party is returning to Salt Lake City this May, bringing three days of live music to the Utah State Fairpark. The independent music festival will return May 14–16 for its eighth edition, continuing to bring together the local music community and artists from across the independent music scene.

What began in 2019 as a block party celebrating Salt Lake City’s all-ages music venue Kilby Court has grown into one of the city’s largest music festivals. Alongside its lineup of established acts and emerging artists, Kilby Block Party maintains its roots in the community that inspired it, with the goal of recreating the welcoming atmosphere of the beloved venue on a larger scale.

Leading the 2027 lineup are Deftones, The Strokes, and Jungle, joined by Fontaines D.C., Slayyyter, and Lil Yachty. The bill also features an expansive selection of indie and alternative acts, including IDLES, Spoon, Kim Gordon, Weyes Blood, Wednesday, Julien Baker, Wolf Parade, Phantogram, and Wunderhorse.

There are still a number of artists that have yet to be announced (although you're invited to guess the artists based on the number of question marks holding their spots).

Three-day passes are available through the festival’s official website, with general sales beginning Thursday, October 29, at 10 a.m. Mountain Time. For more information on tickets visit the Kilby Block Party website, and see the current lineup below.
